How? By providing an easy-to-access, for-credit, work-based program that adds real, hands-on experience and in-demand skills to your college degree.

Are you prepared for the transition from college to career?

Undergraduate students are faced with a unique challenge of completing an internship while also pursuing their bachelors degree. With this one-semester program, you can get real-world experience and increase your marketable skills, making it easier to enter the workforce.

ASU is proud to offer the Global Career Accelerator to all our career-minded students. This program was designed to be accessible to any major and fit into your degree.

How does it work?

LiveLab

Join students from Harvard, Georgetown, and over 70 other universities twice a week for an online class, collaborating on real-world case studies.

SkillBuilders

We replaced the typical lecture with the highest-quality course videos ever. Now you can learn in-demand skills at your own pace, with 1:1 support available anytime.

Complete capstone projects developed with top companies that simulate early-career experience, giving you certifications for your resume and LinkedIn.

FAQs

  • When does the program start?

    Fall 2025 term is from August 21 to December 5.

  • How much does the program cost?

    For Fall 2025: There is no additional cost to participate in The ASU Global Career Accelerator for most students.  Click here to see more info on cost.


    Tuition Fees and Policies here.


    The total cost is a program fee equal to 6 credits credits of tuition at your residential rate. All of which will be billed to your student account.


    Specificities as they apply to the Global Career Accelerator:

    Eligible corporate partner students utilizing corporate scholarships, tuition assistance or other awards will be able to utilize their funds to participate.

    We welcome Qualified Tuition Reduction (QTR) students to take the program, however, you will be unable to use QTR benefits for this program.

    Veterans are welcome to join, however, VA Benefits cannot be used at this time.


    Note: Degree-seeking students may be eligible to receive financial aid for this program.

  • Can I take the program for credit?

    Current undergraduate students are eligible to receive 6 credits upon completion of each Track. These will count as elective credits.


    The Global Career Accelerator is not an internship and is not eligible for internship credit at ASU. Credit options include SAO 294/394, WPC 294/394 and FSE 294/394.


  • When are LiveLabs?

    You'll pick one LiveLab option for the semester (applies to all tracks).


    Fall 2025 LiveLab Options:

    • Mondays and Wednesdays from 04:00 PM to 05:30 PM (America/Phoenix)
    • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM (America/Phoenix)
